Born 1960. Graduated from
University of Santo Tomas University. He made
his debut with "The Best of Pupung"
in 1983. Young illustrates 4-cut cartoon strips
"Pupung" for The Manila Bulletin and
"Pare" (a spoof of President Joseph
Estrada) for The Philippine Post. Now the President
of The Philippine Association of Cartoonists.
