The Japan Foundation, Bangkok together with Paragon Cineplex, in cooperation with the Embassy of Japan in Thailand, proudly present "Japanese Film Festival 2010 - Emerging Japanese Female Directors" from Thursday 4th - Sunday 7th March 2010 at Paragon Cineplex, Paragon Department store 5-6th floor.

Movie lovers must not miss the new wave of female directors in Japan. By watching their films ranging from drama to (rather) black comedy, audiences will definitely find their new favorite other than Kurosawa, Ozu, or Mizoguchi. Most of the films are award winning films from local and international stage.

This year's special program is the Director's talk scheduled on March 5th, by Satoko YOKOHAMA. It's a precious opportunity to talk directly with one of the most promising directors in Japan.

Interested viewers are welcome to join the festival "Free of Charge" by receiving a ticket 1 hour before show time of each film, 1 ticket per person per film at the venue.
