Announcement for Borrowing of Cultural Items

| The Japan Foundation, Bangkok (JFBKK) would like to announce the following regulation for borrowing of cultural items, which JFBKK offers as service mainly to introduce Japanese culture to Thai people.

| 1. |
Borrowing is free of charge, except for "Laundry Fee" (shown in separate table) that applicants must pay when they pick up the borrowed items.

| |
|
| 2. |
In principle applicants should be non-profit organizations (e.g. Educational institutions, cultural organizations, NGO/ NPOs, etc.). Applications from individuals or commercial companies will not be accepted. Higher priority shall be given to educational institutions that offer Japanese language education courses. |

| 3 |
Commercial activities, or activities that mainly aim for selling of goods are not eligible. There might be other cases in which JFBKK rejects application. |

Deadline for application is 2 weeks before the borrowing date. |

国際交流基金バンコク日本文化センターは、タイ人への日本文化紹介を主な目的
として、文化備品貸出サービスを提供しておりますが、このたび、貸出規則を
以下のように定めましたのでお知らせします。 |

1. 文化備品の貸出料は、無料です。ただし、衣類その他使用ごとに洗濯が必要な
文化備品については、洗濯代実費相当額を申し受けます。 |

| |
2. 文化備品の貸出は、非営利団体（教育機関、文化団体、 NGO 、 NPO など )
を対象とし、個人や営利団体は除かれます。また、日本語教育を実施している
教育機関が優先されます。 |

3. 営利性の高い事業、物品等の販売等を主たる目的とする商業的催しなどへは
貸し出すことはできません。また、場合によっては貸し出しをお断りする
場合があります。 |

4. 貸出の申請書は、借用希望日の2週間前までに提出してください。 |

| |
5. 貸し出しできる備品、その他詳細については、担当のWanalee（タイ語）
または下田（日本語）までお問合せください。 |
